We print show guides in color and hand them out to every attendee and exhibitor. The guides include show schedules, floorplan layouts, technical presentation abstracts with presentor bios, and an exhibitor section that includes company logo, service or product summary and contact info. The show guide sponsor will have a dedicated section for you to expand on your company. This is a great way to ensure you get your info in everyone's hand.
Food Reception - 5:00pm Available. Please contact a Chapter Officer if you are interested!!
You can sponsor food for the 5:00pm reception. The Raleigh Convention Center uses Centerplate for all the on site catering. There is an extensive menu to choose from. You can choose from many different "Finger Foods" to the more formal "Carving Stations". The food last year was very impressive. You can't go wrong here and you'll definitely have bragging rights!
