Remember, this event is put on by the lcoal chapter of the IPC Designers council. We are a group of volunteers that organize this event for the good of the industry and to support our local chapter. Its only by the support of the exhibitors that we are able to have this event. Thank You!!! Donations - $300 or more donation makes you a major sponsor.
Show Bags (Polar Instruments will be providing) - you can provide (or cover the cost of) the bags that we pass out to every attendee of the show so they can collect items from the exhibitors. These bags to not need to have PCB Carolina on them (they can if you choose too). You can simply get bags made up for your company so you can take any left overs back with you to use at future events.
Show Printing - You can cover the cost of printing the show guides. Every attendee received a show guide.
Evening Reception Drinks - We provide drinks (beer, wine) during our evening reception. All catering is provided by the Raleigh Convention Center. This sponsor gets recognition for providing this for the event. This is typically around $2500, or you can choose to be as fancy as you want.

Door Prizes/Attendee List - We ask that each exhibitor donate an item to the door prize table. You can donate multiple items if you want; however, we ask that each item be at least a $50 value. There is no limit on the value or number of items. Attendees that wish to be in the drawing for the door prizes agree to make their contact information available to those exhibitors that donated items. This has solved the "privacy issue" that can emerge and has worked very well in the past.
Here are a list of items only as a suggestion: - Gift Card (gas, visa, store, restaurant, etc...) - complimentary year license of your S/W - IPAD (or other tablet device) - laptop - tickets to local events or games - Logo items from your company (we'd prefer not to have size items as they are too difficult to match to a winner) - latest technology gizmo
