D. from the University of New Hampshire in 1997. His doctoral research was in the area of computational electromagnetics applied to real-world EMC problems.

Dr. Archambeault has authored or co-authored a number of papers in computational electromagnetics, mostly applied to real-world EMC applications. He is a member of the Board of Directors for the IEEE EMC Society and a past Board of Directors member for the Applied Computational Electromagnetics Society (ACES).  Within the IEEE/EMC Society he currently is the Technical Advisory Committee Chair and the Vice President for Conferences. He has served as a past IEEE/EMCS Distinguished Lecturer. He is the author of the book “PCB Design for Real-World EMI Control” and the lead author of the book titled “EMI/EMC Computational Modeling Handbook”.

Joseph C. (Jay) Diepenbrock

Joseph C. (Jay) Diepenbrock received the Sc. B. and M. S. degrees in electrical engineering from Brown University, Providence, RI, and Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY, respectively.  Mr. Diepenbrock has worked in a number of areas in IBM including bipolar and CMOS IC design, analog and digital circuit design, backplane design and simulation, and network hardware and server product development.  He is currently a Senior Technical Staff Member in the Interconnect Technology group in IBM’s Integrated Supply Chain, working on the specification, electrical testing, and modeling of connectors and cables.  He has contributed to a number of industry standards including USB, EIA 364 Test Methods, InfiniBand, and PCI-express, has authored or co-authored a number of papers at technical conferences, and holds eleven patents.  He is a Senior Member of the IEEE and its EMC and Components, Packaging, and Manufacturing Technology Societies.  In his spare time he enjoys making and listening to jazz music, bicycling, woodworking, amateur radio, photography, and Christian fellowship. He may be reached at jaydiep@us.ibm.com.

Mike Doyon
For the past 30 years Mike has worked as an electronics technician, Electrical engineer, and FAE for five different companies, including the US Navy. His industry experience has been mostly in the aerospace market designing electronic systems computers, and electronic fuel controls for military and commercial aircraft. In large aerospace companies design data management techniques are a critical necessity when developing and qualifying an electronic product.

Garry Wexler
Garry is currently a Field Applications Engineer for The Bergquist Company. He is working on a number of innovative products and processes required to solve various industry driven thermal management challenges. Garry has worked for The Bergquist Company for 12 years in a number of engineering and technical sales roles. He received his bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota in 2000
